Where can I buy an item I have seen advertised?

I have seen an item but it's not in my local store, where can I get it?

Please, ask you local store's manager to see if they can order the item in for you from our warehouse or he / she can find the item at some other store, reserve it for you to pick it up.

The item I want is out of stock. How can I order it?

Please, ask your local store to see if they can order the item in for you from our warehouse.

Can an item be sent to my local store from another store?

We are not able to transfer merchandise between stores. However, your local store can check whether they can order the item you want from our warehouse or they can call another store to check if they have the desired merchandise and reserve it for you to pick it up.
